Scholarships 2024
The Glen Rose Field of Flags was established as a heartfelt tribute to our esteemed veteran community—honoring those who served, those who were serving, and those who would serve in the future.
In 2024, as part of the program, students were invited to write essays reflecting on the significance of Memorial Day. Their essays explored profound themes, including the sacrifices made by our nation's heroes, the enduring sense of national pride, the tradition of honoring fallen veterans through grave decorations, and the importance of reverence and solemnity on this day of remembrance.
Inspired by the insight and reflection expressed in these essays, the Glen Rose Field of Flags proudly awarded scholarships to three deserving students, celebrating their dedication and thoughtfulness.

The Glen Rose Field of Flags is a non-profit public benefit 501(c)3 corporation and is operated exclusively for education and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Glen Rose Field of Flags is not organized and shall not be operated for the private gain of any person. The property of the corporation is irrevocably dedicated to its educational and charitable purposes, and no part of the receipts or net earnings of the corporation shall be used for any activities other than its mission.
