The Inaugural Glen Rose Field of Flags was a powerful and inspiring community event held to honor our nation's heroes. The Glen Rose Field of Flags offers a meaningful way to honor your hero and pay tribute to their service while showing your support for our great nation.

The event featured an awe-inspiring sea of flags, each representing the life and sacrifice of a hero. Highlights included:

• Opening Ceremony with special guest speaker State Senator Brian Birdwell, including other local dignitaries and Veterans.

• Musical Performances that celebrated our shared pride and gratitude.

• Flag Dedication Ceremony where Gold Star Families and individuals dedicated flags to honor their personal heroes.

• Community Unity Walk among the flags, offering attendees a moment to reflect on the significance of service and sacrifice.

This event brought the community together to celebrate our freedoms and honor those who fought to protect them. Flags were sponsored by community members, with proceeds going to the community through scholorships and assisting local Veterans in crisis.

The first-ever Glen Rose Field of Flags was a moving tradition in the making, uniting the community in gratitude and remembrance.
